I ordered blades for my car and found them so good, I then ordered blades for my wife's car and found they didn't match re length, I contacted Wipers Direct to advise and they without hesitation asked me a few questions, requested some photos to confirm the issue and sent me another set, at no cost to me, so great to see a company that still offers Customer Service.
