After a slight hiccup, I emailed Wipers Direct and they didn't hesitate to correct the issue. It was so easy to replace my old 3 month old wiper blades I had put on by the dealer which were no good from day one. I just watched the video on the website and putting them on was a breeze. The wipers I put on are a much better quality than the ones from the dealer. Wipers Direct will be the only place I will be getting my wipers from in the future.
