Very fast ordering and delivery process. The installation video was very informative. I didn't even know my wipers had a service position. They work very well indeed, and we're much cheaper than those sold to me by a franchised company. And they were the right size, unlike those from the franchised company, which were hitting on the edge of the windscreen when used. Will definitely purchase again, 100%.
