I bought a front and rear wiper kit but I only received the front wipers. I messaged customer service and told me that it's because the rear wiper is "sold out". They should have informed me in advance before sending the parcel. I needed the rear wiper most coz that's the broken wiper I currently have. I only bought the front and rear kit to save up. However, instead of saving up, it caused me a lot of inconvenience. Also, it takes ages for the customer service to respond. I ready sent my order back to (which I have to pay my self) and I'm still waiting for my refund.
