As per other comments I am awaiting a refund from wise badger. I live in N Ireland and wondered why I didnt receive my order. They said due to delivery issues they would be cancelling my order. My order was placed on 8 Jan and money taken on 11 January. Despite several reminders I still have not received that refund. I noticed that all sales communication has now stopped to my address. I hope this prompts them to deal with this as I will be taking further on principle
