I ordered wool, payment was taken and I got an email a day or 2 later to say that the wool I ordered was out of stock and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting for my refund 10 days later and after reading other people's reviews, I am thinking I am not going to get it. This is happening to so many people - why are these chances allowed to keep taking money off people.
