No weekend availability, if issues
When you try to cancel, trying to get in touch with their "cancellation department" is not easy. They will not accept your request for cancellation via their website...it has to be through the department (via phone call). And they do not pro-rate your bill, allowing them to keep the funds, if you're unsuccessful in reaching their "cancellation department" (*if you're on autopay).
They also try to rent everything to you, to increase the monthly charge.
Save yourself the headache...find a better provider
