I returned an item via the freepost address as advised on the website. At the time of posting I became uneasy about the address as the Post Office could not track to the given address. However the product made it safely to the warehouse and a full refund was made to me. I had initially and prematurely been dismissive about the company and it's returns policy, thankfully Louise in customer services was absolutely brilliant. Her honesty, hard work, and attention to detail in providing superb service is highly commendable! A massive thank you Louise you are a credit to the company.
