I had to return an item. This was accepted without any quibble and I was sent alternative items. In doing this I made a couple of mistakes in emails I sent. Nevertheless, Louise in customer service dealt with the matter very efficiently and in a very customer friendly way. She gently pointed out my errors and arranged for the replacements to be sent. Overall Louise gave excellent faultless Customer Service.
