Missing an item from my order, and i had strange moment with the post man, as there was a photo of the main item I ordered on the top of the box!!! Thanks, now my regular post man knows a bit to much about me. I ordered from the company many years ago and the packaging was discret, it's most prob my fault for not checking, I stupidly assumed that a photo wouldn't been printed next to my name and address, silly me!!! Who ever made the decision to put a photo of the item on the outside of the packaging is most probably laughing thier head off. I didnt contact them about my missing item or to complain about the packaging because what's the point, will they send the missing item with a photo of it to cause more weird looks from the post man,? now they asking me to review them, thought I share my experience, yea its a good pub story of how mortified my post man was but won't be using this site ever again. Could of easily ruined the surprise for my partner or imagine I wasn't in and it got left with my neighbor who may not find it funny!! Or if I had to go to the depo to collect it that would of been 'fun' UPDATE: the morning after I left this review I was contacted by a member of their customer service team. They was very apoligitic and said it was a mistake. They are investigating how this mistake happened and to ensure it won't happen again they are reminding their warehouse staff the importance of discrete packing. They are sending out the missing item and also a freebie item for the trouble caused. They have asked for the warehouse to send a photo before this is sent to check they don't make the same mistake again. Overall I am happy with how Lousie responded, she took it seriously and resolved it in a friendly manner.
