Nicky Banks and Natalie Burrell provided a very professional service that meant our house sale went very smoothly from our side. Time was even spent by them unearthing facts that refocused minds on the true cause of delay further down the chain (discovering that Hackney council had in fact returned search results already, contrary to what I was otherwise being told). While Nicky was on leave Clive Weeks stepped in and was very helpful too.
