The quality of the product is not in doubt. Two criticisms: it was only after I placed the order that I realised I was eligible for a 10% discount if I opened an account. Also, I ordered with Morris&Co because of next day delivery. UPS were due to deliver between 11 am and 3pm the following day (a Friday), which was amended to ‘by end of day’. Nothing arrived and on the Saturday was informed by UPS that delivery would be on Monday. Then, on Saturday afternoon, my wallpaper arrived: luckily I was at home. However, the wallpaper looks great in my study!
