The worst customer service I have experienced. After placing an order (and been charged from my account £169.20) on the 31st March I am still waiting to receive it. I have sent 5 emails to chase the delivery of my order (the UPS tracking app says it is unable to confirm the tracking as after the 2nd April it appears to have gone off the radar) and not received a single response.
