I called Danny from Wolf Doors to fix a problem with my tenant's garage door. He said he thought he knew what the problem was and said he would go around that Friday. He didn't turn up and then made no effort to reschedule. I called him again twice and eventually he turned up three weeks later and said it needed new sensors. He told my tenant he would order the sensors and they would take a week to arrive. Two weeks later and still no telephone call, I called him and was told that he'd tried a number of times to call my tenant, but no response. He asked me for her number, which I am not sure why he would need it if he has been trying to call her! He said he needed the model number to be able to order the sensors. Why wouldn't he make a note of that before leaving the house if he claimed to be ordering the sensors!!!! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. Terrible company with dreadful customer service. Unfortunately, it just confirmed my thoughts that you can't seem get anything done properly these days. Where are the decent companies with competent staff?
