I had been shopping from Women's Best for years, but in my recent purchase the recipe has changed (without notice), and it's made me incredibly sick in the stomach. I tried and tested to make sure it was the product and not something else, and yes it is the "shape body shake" that is causing severe vomiting and diarrhoea.
I contacted customer service and they keep saying "there's nothing wrong with the product" with an unprofessional amount of emojis, while never directly acknowledging the recipe change and WHY it is causing illness; they only seem to want to say that the batch itself isn't out of date. After years of being a loyal customer, it's atrocious how they aren't taking such a major issue seriously. They have since deleted my Women's Best account I assume to delete my history of being a loyal customer...?
