WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to return my items, after realising they don’t have an email and you can only correspondence through wats app I wrote to them, which I find utterly ridiculous that a huge company doesn’t have an email address!! After much back and forth trying to get help with my return my return label expired and they couldn’t issue a new one, the resolve was I had to pay to return myself through Australia post and I would be reimbursed, I spent $42 on the return and was refunded for the tights only now I can’t get ahold of customer support. I get a generic message and now a message saying they can’t rely since it’s been 24hrs.
I was so excited for this order but have been left hugely disappointed I’ll never order from them again.
