I placed an order for for leggings and a top in the beginning of February; the order still has not shipped out. You can only contact their customer service through text messages and the agents don’t respond with a projected date of shipment. The company is very active on social media trying to get new business but can’t ship out the orders they have or respond to customer inquiries.
I want to cancel my order but there isn’t a way to do so.
