HORRIBLE customer service.
it says it will get delivered within a week but it has been 15 days and i am still waiting for my package to be delivered. Moreover there isn't any direct contact email/number to reach out to them regarding these issues. We gotta speak to the chatbot first and then wait for another 3 days for them to get in touch. Never gonna buy again from here, very disappointed.
