Placed an order on March 11. Today is March 26 and I have still not even received a shipping confirmation. Their customer service is awful. No guarantee when my product will ship. No offer for a cancellation or refund. Super disappointed because their clothes are legit but the customer service, extreme delays, lies about delays (3 days delay listed on website, which is a huge difference from the now 14 days I’ve been waiting). There’s no honesty or transparency or interest in making things right. Super upset that they’ve lost a customer that probably would’ve bought clothes from them for forever
