5 weeks later, my order arrived missing the purple crop top.
I still have not received a refund from a return I sent 3 weeks ago.
You cannot contact customer service any other way except text.
The clothing is subpar for the trouble of ordering, waiting well over a month for arrival, missing items that you weren’t even told about (but charged for, credit card transactions attached)
Absolutely insane, totally unprofessional. They have plenty of time to play nice with their influencers on Instagram, but they lost a potential lifetime customer in me. And I have money to spend.
