Besides the fact that the loyalty program is bogus, the customer service is really poor. I lost over $150 when I tried to return a package to them using their step-by-step process. The post office confirmed that the package cleared Customs in Germany, but Women's Best customer service claims that they never received the package. They have ignored my recent inquiry about the matter.
Additionally, the quality of the products is poor. A pair of leggings I ordered started coming apart at the seams while I was trying them on. No leggings should be made this poorly. I will not be ordering from this company again.
