I’ve placed 3 orders with this company. The first one took 4 weeks to get to me, but they said there would be delays due to Covid so I was ok. The second one arrived on schedule but was missing 1/2 the items I ordered. It took me 2 weeks to get someone in Customer Service and they made me send them pictures of what I had and the packing slip. The packing slip showed that only 1/2 the items were shipped and they told me they would get back to me in a few days. They finally got back to me and told me they would just go ahead and refund me the amount of the missing items because none of them were in stock any longer. The third one arrived 6 weeks after I ordered it. The tracking information showed that it shipped 4 days after I ordered but then it just sat for weeks. I asked them about it and they said they were having issues with their shipping carriers and were trying to locate it. When it did arrive, it had all my items and 2 extra items that I assume were meant for another order. I love their products but this company does not have their customer service or supply chain under control. On the bright side their marketing department does a great job of getting people to the website, but everything is always out of stock so I’m not sure what the point is. I won’t buy again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
