Returned my product back in November of 2021 and the credit for the returned products never hit my account. Their last tracking number doesn’t even show that the item was mailed back to them which I know it was and their customer service doesn’t get back to you any sooner than 5 days if at all. Can’t pride yourself on customer service if it’s going to take over a week to even respond. There should be an email or phone number to call not just text messages
