Ordered 2 bundles from them and order as marked as delivered, but I still haven't received after a week. I contacted customer service which takes at LEAST 8 hours to respond to each chat message which is a hassle to get anything done. They are making me work with DHL to find the package and unwilling to step in and help in any way. Horrible customer service and now I am out $200 and NO PRODUCT! Don't purchase from them.
