I ordered a box of what appeared on screen as a box of 10 (ten) bass saxophone reeds At a good price. Yesterday a box of 5 (five) arrived through the letterbox. Now a bit expensive.
I read that I am supposed to have signed for them after "checking precisely", but this of course could not be done. Now I am trying, but unsuccessfully so far, to find an e-mail address to write to and request the other 5.
