I remember my mother receiving special parcels when I was little, but Woods is the only company I have ever received such an impeccable personal and professional service from in all my 45 years. My package was delivered, carefully wrapped in brown paper and with a personal note inside. It exuded quality and old-fashioned care… sadly something that has been lost in today’s consumer-driven throwaway society. It gave me immense joy to unwrap the parcel.
The little pillow and spare case were also beautiful quality. Thank you so much.
