I had sent a review regarding a travel pillow that I had ordered, I had found the pillow a little bit harder than I had anticipated.
I was contacted almost immediately regarding the matter & a new soft & more expensive travel pillow has been sent to me free of charge. (Both pillow & postage!)
This is truly amazing & excetional service, I was totally prepared to order & pay for the more expensive pillow having realised that I had been rather chintzy on my first order!
