I previously purchased one of these window cloths on Ebay. It was like a piece of heavy sacking. I washed it and it frayed quite badly. I complained to seller and sent photographs etc and the refunded me. Different story with Woods Fine Linen, the cloth was completely a different material. It came well wrapped with a personal note. I have now used the cloth once after the care instruction and it seems to be perfect. I will certainly use and recommend your company again. Thankyou
