Ridiculous though this might sound, my assortment of dish towels/drying-up cloths made me exceedingly happy. Not only did they arrive in a finely-wrapped parcel but the cloths themselves were a good size and top quality. All that apart, a polite boy called Andrew explained that the Visa card number I had given was possibly out of date (which it was) and that I could either put it right on line or give him a ring. Thank you for providing a retail experiences in keeping with a more mannerly era.
