Excellent and personal service from Woods, they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The product - a specialist neck pillow (Pro.Pil.O.) is probably the best on the market, difficult to find but Woods had one in stock. Delivery and packaging was just perfect. Thoroughly recommend this Company in beautiful Harrogate.
