By wrapping up our tablecloth by hand in brown Kraft paper and tying it up with string. That doesn't happen very often nowadays with commercial purchases. A lovely personal touch.
Then when we opened the package, the tablecloth was beautifully packed with a company branded envelope containing a hand signed note to inform us that our order was packed by Sarah. the envelope was personalised by hand too.
All in all, a refreshingly rare and extremely pleasurable experience.
