They offer the closest thing to personal service that can be offered with an online purchase, so missed on the High Street. I bought a PROPER pair of oven gloves, not those awkward, padded ones, pretty though they are. I’m not a slave to cleaning so was thrilled to find a proper scrim cloth for window cleaning. No smears. All this neatly hand wrapped in tissue by Victoria with a note attached. Thank you.
