Pristine and very beautiful website & introductory video - immediately knew that I wanted to buy from Woods of Harrogate.
Arrival of chosen goods did not disappoint, all top quality, but the packaging had got a little damaged in transit, owing I think to the awkward shape of the box (which was super nice), containing liquid soap. If I had been giving it as a gift, me being me, I might have had second thoughts.
