Today I contacted Woods Fine Linens and spoke to Patrick. The Patresi towels I wanted were no longer being produced but he informed me that he would contact the Italian company Woods Fine Linens use and was able to arrange for a bespoke order at an excellent price. I am so delighted, and Patrick was so much more than just helpful - he definitely went 'the extra mile'! Thank you Patrick. Can't recommended this company more highly.
