I recently purchased a neck pillow from Woods and was very impressed with the easily understood website (not all companies make it easy to find what you want, I assure you!) The item was delivered within two days by Royal Mail, was beautifully packaged and the extra personal letter combining the receipt was a sophisticated finishing touch. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the on-line shopping experience was made even better because I was buying from a British company.
