I Booked holidays last year with my grand children and it was really good experience so I thought we will book it again this year it was all good and easy to book but after sale service was very poor, I asked to change my pitch at reception to a grass one but they said there was none available after requesting to look she gave me a number of the pitch 34 K which was already taken then I called them and she said go to K48 that was also taken so i told her that there were pitches empty in J and I block can you please look and give me one of them but she said they were all booked, so we had to stay on gravel that my dogs hated and did not like walking on and would not stay out of the motorhome it made my break very difficult and weather being bad i could not do any thing and returned home a day early knowing that so many pitches were empty through out the duration of my stay and i had a horrible time where my dogs were not happy because there was no grass any where on that block where I could have tied them they love sitting and rolling on the grass, So seeing the after sale customer service I will have to think twice recommending the site to my friends and family.
