I rang reservations as I am disabled and had a special request and needed direct parking outside my accommodation. the girl I spoke to was very helpful and advised that I would be best to book a caravan at the gold coast park as they have caravans with private parking so I wouldn't have to worry. So I went on line and booked this accommodation, however I noticed on the information that the parking can be directly outside OR NEAR by, hopefully I will get what I need, so to try to ensure that I get what I need I added a special request for this to my booking, however once I had submitted this it can't be seen on my booking so I have no proof that I made this request so, again I have to hope it turns out ok
