Was a little disappointed.. we had a cancellation but cost £950 for 4 nights and our caravan was backing onto a bush
Not even a toilet roll on arrival after a long drive .. felt like there was no care from the staff
If it was clear we were in a bush we wouldn’t of bothered
Seemed very short staffed and in particular the bar staff were not very friendly which is disappointing given it’s £9 for a glass of Prosecco … smile wouldn’t go a miss
Left a day early and won’t go back
