Would have been 5 stars but was not happy with the view I had paid extra for. Had the same caravan last year and complained at the time and was assured if I booked two weeks again this year I would be able to pick my spot which I told the booking agent I spoke to when I booked this years break before I left last year. I was not happy when I arrived this year to find I was in the same caravan which overlooked their storage area. I have booked for next year and paid a lot extra for a new caravan so we will see. Such a shame no one listens.
