Very easy to book online. Clear information about accommodation availability and prices. Particularly liked that all 3 sites were compared in one place, as we did not mind which park we stayed at. Simple basic questions to make the booking and payment. As a new customer, I had to set up 'My Account' password, but this quickly went to my email, as did the receipt and other information. If only all things online were this easy!
