When I booked it all seemed very good I received my Booking Reference 385235 and was told I would be sent a email confirmation. This was on Sunday morning 24 Jan 2015 but I still have not received this email. I have sent emails requesting it but I keep getting told to check my Junk & Trash, which I have done and no Confirmation email has been sent. In the end I had to ring Woolacombe Park telephone No. and I was told they would send it my Post. This has been very stressful!
