If you use a web based mail account and leave the booking site to check a reset password, you cant get back to the login link to follow up the password reset. The cynic in me would say you were forcing me toward phoning your 5p minute call line. In the end I just had to create a new account with a different email address which was a bit of a ball ache but hey !!
