I didn't like having to go back to apply a promotional code. Other e-commerce sites allow you to enter it right up until the point of payment.
I also found it frustrating not being able to directly select Woolacombe bay. I nearly booked Twitchen house by mistake as that was the first site offered based on my requirements. I knew exactly where I wanted to stay from the outset, but couldn't seem to jump straight into a direct selection.
