Was all very easy. I couldn’t find anywhere to request certain accommodation easily. I know I could have phoned and wasn’t critical to my booking but I would have liked to have known if where we are is in a hilly area as we have a member of the family with slight mobility problems. Other than that was all good and looking forward to our first visit!
