Hi, I found the booking process fine. Unfortunately your website seems to have a pretty big security hole. When I typed my name as O'Reilly it gave me a SQL error. It's a pretty bad idea to send these kind of errors to end users as it lets them know what kind of database you are using, for example you seem to be using MySQL. Also not the end of the world.
