your website is reasonably easy to use, though it shut down the first time. I also had to telephone to find out whether duvets/pillows were included in the caravans, we have not been in a caravan for a long time and things have changed.
As we have annual insurance, a tick box further up the website would work better, rather than at the bottom where it is not easy to spot
But all in all simple and quick to use
