I would rate 0 but I can’t. We used to go three times a year until this years Halloween party when staff allowed a few people who owned caravans and their friends to comondere almost every table and chairs for them and their friends (weren’t even staying on site) then when all of us who had holidays there complained staff told us to sit on any site not taken as no one was allowed to reserve tables or chairs. I tried on three separate tables to sit down and were threaded and abused by each party of people causing a lot of distress to my mental health and my children who witnessed it. We were then offered no real decent resolve the abusive people were allowed to keep their tables and continue their night while the whole reason we went on holiday was missed for us as a disabled woman can’t stabd up for two hours during kids time. We were refunded two nights but I will never go back again as I now know they will never treat customers booking holidays with them fairly!
