We wanted to add some extras to the booking. The upgrade to anew model caravan provedso difficult that we had to telephone the 5 pence a minute help number. The operator was helpful and offered to book the holiday by phone but then we would lose the £10 online discount.
We still had to try 3 times to get the add on.
