On Wednesday I booked a surf lodge online at a discounted rate. (June special 35% off) confirmed and put my card details through at discounted rate. The receipt and booking confirmation then came through stating I am paying the full price. This is a £286.15 difference..!! I have emailed them 3 times and not heard a thing in relation to this. I have only had pestering emails reference my stay and this review.
Completely disappointed by this and still awaiting contact to be made 3 days later!!
