The booking process provided 4-5 choices at the same price, with similar offers. Quite hard to choose, when effectively they all stated the same thing, with very minor differences.
Also I have now had six separate emails about my holiday, all within 12 hours of booking. Surely one email would suffice. If I wanted to book additional items I should be able to do this via the website.
